The squirrels have been in the garden during the Easter break. They have been digging up the potatoes and playing with them. Sadly some of the plants that were already growing have disappeared completely. If anyone has any tips on what to do about squirrels please post a comment.
A family member has been having the very same problem. Looking up ideas I came across the following :
ReplyDelete"Place ground chili peppers in flower pots and garden beds. Use the hottest chilies you can find, the little Thai chilies are excellent, so are habaneras and cascabellas. The capsicum in the peppers makes for unpleasant digging. The term 'hot foot' applies her."
